just came across this site called cards of change. the essence of the site is exactly that. post a shot of your old business card, re-worked to state the positive change around what you’re doing next.
i love this idea. it’s true, there is more talent on the streets than ever before. brilliant people looking to shape their own career paths, building their own ideas, providing their own services, and collaborating and sharing opportunities to reshape what’s around us. this is a great site for entrepreneurs and organizations to find and locate talent. i’m posting my card tomorrow.
