how’s that bikini body comin?

tis the season for bras and ranties to share with you my favourite bootcamps around town. each one is an evolution of a class or session i’ve tried and adored. sessions run 5wks, twice a week, outdoors rain or shine. (for the record, bootcamp is an exhilirating workout in the rain, once you get over your lululemons). both sessions provide insight on overall wellness and diet solutions, and will offer you detox solutions if you so desire.

for those of you that care, the 21-day pilates challenge is on track! it’s only day 3 but i swear my abs feel stronger. tuesday’s fusion class was one of the greatest workouts ever. highly recommend.
